Common questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page in your admin dashboard. Stripe handles proration on switches and we never charge cancellation fees.
Do you offer a free trial?
Standard includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
Are payment processing fees included?
The Standard plan includes Stripe Connect so you can accept donations and event payments. Stripe's processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) apply separately and go to Stripe — we don't take a percentage.
What if I'm a small nonprofit?
